This is where it all started for me but times change and now all of my blogging takes place over at my
Quilt Routes blog and I hope you will join me over there.

Deborah O'HareEach region of the Quilters Guild of Great Britain have been asked to create a banner to hang in the new headquarters in York . Here is Region 12's banner, depicting the South Wales countryside and the amazing Severn Crossing that links us to England. (I can remember having a day trip out with my parents, just to cross the first bridge when it was built. It was such a big deal at the time.)
I am thrilled that the amazing ladies who created this chose to include some of my fabric in it's construction. Can you tell which are my hand painted bits?

Credit to the talented ladies who created this. I think they have done a fantastic job and now it will hang in York for all to see.

    Love and hugs Gina xxx

  2. They did a great job! Looks like a very lovely place. We had a sun set here over the Pacific Ocean yesterday, where the sun was streaming down her veil of light. Very lovely. I like the what they created that effect.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. I do try to respond to each one but
if you do not hear from me it is probably because you are a "no reply blogger".
