Hearts and Flowers
Here is my next offering for the Textile Challenge group.
We have been instructed to make a padded heart and to have them posted off to our swap partner by Valentines. I don't know where the phrase "Hearts and Flowers" comes from but for some reason that's what came to mind.
It's one of those dull wet days here in South Wales, hardly any light, (roll on summer) and I have found it impossible to get a brightly lit decent photo of it but never mind. It's free machining on painted fabric, with some torn fabric strips to make the tassle.
This one will be posted to Susan. I hope she likes it.
