One down...


The stitching on this piece is done.
It's not that easy to see on the screen but believe me it is covered in lots of rows of stitching in a clear mono filament.


I will admit to taking a quick, easy option with the stitching because time is of the essence.
The binding is on but not stitched down yet hence the cropped images:)


Still haven't decided on a name yet. I did like Susan's suggestion 'Soar' and also thinking of 'Soaring'?
Here is a peek of the next one in progress.

  7. Very nice Deborah! I like how the squares aren't in rows in your second one. Did you dye the fabrics or find them somewhere? That would have taken a lot of collecting!
